5.3 AI Processing
Feedback is processed by AI systems to generate reports and insights. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. We do not use your data to train AI models.

The Service offers a free tier with limited features and usage quotas. Free tier users may be subject to additional restrictions.
6.2 Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
